Returns and Cancellations

Most of our unique items are specially produced for your order and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

All orders are considered firm. Cancellations must be made in writing - phone cancellations are not acceptable. Cancellations will be billed for all costs incurred to date of cancellation.

Insertions

We can insert any card or literature that requires no folding or handling of any type for an additional charge.

Trademark Usage

All copy or other material submitted by the customer for use by Menesstral in producing items ordered will be accepted as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service, mark copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection.

The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use of this material will not violate any such laws. The customer agrees to hold Menesstral harmless to any damages, costs, and or expenses if they arise under all such laws as a consequence of Menesstral' use of said copy or other material.

Disclaimer

Menesstral cannot be responsible for order cancellations or delays in delivery due to acts of God, acts of war, bad weather, mechanical problems or any other circumstances relating to shipping of orders.

About Pewter

In pewter there are normally slight imperfections. Pitting, cooling and buffing marks are all part of the natural manufacturing process, making each piece a unique product of the craftsman's hands. These imperfections are a natural occurrence and are part of each piece's unique charm and will not be considered or viewed as defects.
